Event Submission Guide

Option 1

Submit Events Directly on WOCS

Log in to your WOCS account

Complete the event submission form and enter details such as:

  • Event Title

  • Event Type

  • Event Country

  • Event Location (for Google Maps)

  • Website Link

  • Event Banner (Max file size: 256 MB)

  • Event Description

  • Start/End Date and Time

  • Registration Deadline (optional)

 

Our team will review your event and determine if it can be published based on the provided information.

Option 2

Let WOCS Handle the Upload (Flyer available)

If you prefer not to submit the event yourself, send the flyer with the event details to us:

Our team will evaluate the submission and decide if it qualifies for posting on the website.

Option 3

Submit Event Information via Email (No Flyer available)

If you have all the event details but no flyer, email them to us at:

Our team will review and decide if the submission meets our posting criteria before listing it on the event page.

What Happens Next?

Review Process

 Our team will carefully review your submission within 2 days to ensure all necessary information is included and meets our posting criteria.

Follow-Up

If we need any additional details or clarifications, we will contact you via email.

Approval & Posting

Once approved, we will publish your event on the WOCS website, making it visible to the entire community.

Revisions

If updates or corrections are needed after posting, feel free to contact us via email.
