How Did Your Clay Shooting Journey Begin?
“My clay shooting adventure began in 2019 during a holiday in England. I still remember the thrill of that first shot, the weight of the gun in my hands, pulling the trigger, the recoil, the loud bang, and then… the incredible moment when the clay shattered mid-air! From that moment, I was hooked. Over time, my passion for the sport has only grown. Watching a clay turn into a cloud of dust after a well-placed shot never gets old!“
What Makes Clay Shooting Special for You?
“For me, clay shooting is about having fun, discovering amazing places, embracing new adventures, and connecting with like-minded people. What makes it even more special is sharing this passion with my husband. Although we have different personalities and shooting styles, we both share the same drive, to always push ourselves to be better and enjoy every minute of it!“
What Are Your Proudest Achievements and Ambitions?
“It took me a while to get the hang of things, but I’ve always been determined to keep improving, no matter how challenging it gets. That mindset has driven my progress, both in skill and results. The highlight so far? Winning my first KNSA National Championship Parcours in 2024, and the best part? Achieving it at the same time as my husband, both claiming our first national titles together!
Looking ahead, I just want to keep enjoying the sport while improving as a shooter. As long as I keep challenging myself, I’m confident the results will come naturally. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!“
Why Is Being a WOCS Ambassador Important to You?
“World of Clay Shooting isn’t just a platform, it’s a much-needed resource for discovering local events and finding competitions that would otherwise go unnoticed. Being able to contribute by adding and promoting events makes it easier for fellow shooters to stay informed and get involved.
As a WOCS ambassador, I’m excited to help grow the sport by making event information more accessible and connecting shooters with new opportunities to compete and improve, which is something I truly enjoy.“
